I represent individuals throughout the divorce process, from the initial separation and decision to file for divorce through mediation or trial to post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement. I handle all matters related to divorce including:

Separation Agreements

In Maryland, you must be separated for at least a year before your divorce can become final. The courts often use separation agreements to influence decisions about custody, visitation, support and property settlements.
